To the MediCinema Team

I feel I must express my appreciation and thanks for the grand work the team of volunteers who week in week out give up their time twice a week to show films of superior quality which are not only entertaining but therapeutic as well, and set in a well appointed theatre.  From the Organiser, the nurses in attendance for the patients welfare and the helpers who collect the patients in beds, wheelchairs, frames, walking who collect and return patients to their wards.

As for myself I look forward to Saturday nights as a welcome break from the ward and have spent many an entertaining evening during several lengthy stays at St Thomas’ and thus seeing poorly patients enjoying themselves and setting aside their problems for a while.  Long may you continue in the knowledge we gratefully appreciate all that you do.
