MediCinema in Cosmic Collab with Bread Ahead and Disney
This month, ahead of the release of the new “Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu”, a new alliance between Disney, Bread Ahead and MediCinema will help to bring the magic of movies to NHS patients when they need it most.
The Future is Baking
Bread Ahead are on an epic mission to get 1 million young people baking over the next decade. Their newly-launched, free online course will bring the magic of Star Wars to life with young bakers learning how to make Grogu’s delicious Cosmic Cookies. Bakers will also be encouraged to help bring that movie magic to NHS patients through donations to MediCinema.

Out of This World Doughnuts
The Star Wars themed fun doesn’t stop there! Between 12-14 June movie (and doughnut) fans can pick up limited edition themed doughnuts from the Bread Ahead Bakery in Borough Market, London, with 50p from every sale going directly to MediCinema. Choose from two out of this world flavours:
- The Little Green Doughnut – Filled with a green creme patisserie made with matcha
- Blue Tropical Doughnut – Filled with a blue crème patisserie made with coconut milk, and fruity pineapple chunks.
